Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field required
• 3+ years of professional experience as a financial analyst or accountant
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning and working in a variety of software applications
• Experience with NetSuite and BI tools a plus (not required)
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferred
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Analyze business and financial data
• Assist with annual plan (budget) and projection processes
• Analyze sales data by product, customer, and territory classifications
