Remote Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting for executive leadership
• Proficiency with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Cube, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and analysis software, with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts by supporting the Corporate consolidation and reporting process
• Assist in developing and refining financial models, including driver-based LRP and 3-statement modeling, to support business decisions
• Support scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and optimize investments
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, G&A, People) to assist with headcount and compensation planning, and drive efficiency
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management, the Board of Directors, and Board Committees
• Help implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure company performance
• Assist in developing reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient information flow
• Contribute to preparing materials for business reviews, monthly/quarterly meetings, and other strategic initiatives
• Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of FP&A systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Support the monthly close process in partnership with Accounting and Field FP&A, ensuring seamless reporting
• Assist in maintaining and developing dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into financial performance
• Help improve internal processes to support the organization’s evolving needs and growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment or familiarity with SaaS business models
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
