Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and system management at Omnidian. The role offers opportunities to build foundational financial processes and contribute to the company's growth and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting for executive leadership
• Proficiency with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Cube, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and analysis software

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (40%)
• Assist in developing and refining financial models
• Support scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with headcount and compensation planning
• Reporting & Performance Tracking (30%)
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations
• Help implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Assist in developing reporting mechanisms to monitor performance
• Contribute to preparing materials for business reviews, monthly/quarterly meetings, and other strategic initiatives
• System Management & Financial Close (30%)
• Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of FP&A systems
