Senior Financial Analyst, Cash & Equity

Requirements
- Experience with cash flow forecasting (indirect and direct methods)
- Knowledge of equity based compensation (RSUs, Options, shares forecasting)
- Experience with corporate FP&A and or finance business partnership
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in strategic finance or accounting
- Experience in Excel and love the challenge of bringing structure to complex unstructured problems
- Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing trends and variances to provide management with actionable insights
- Design comprehensive financial models to analyze the impact of capital expenditures, working capital changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track inflows and outflows, and ensure accurate projections
- Oversee equity & stock based compensation forecast
- Model the financial impact of equity/stock-based compensation plans, including grants, vesting schedules, and related expenses
- Assess monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying variances between actuals and forecasts
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to communicate key findings and support executive decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on cross-functional teams. Develop and present your business leaders with the most current information, analysis, and insights to help them understand their short and long-term financial position
- Participate in the preparation and review of the annual budget
- Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors
- Preparation of materials for MBR, forecast reviews and other executive level page decks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or at a high growth start-up/company
- Execute requests into finished deliverables with minimal direction required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- An agile self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing work environment
- Capability to develop sound frameworks and complex models from scratch
- The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker, PowerBI)
