Senior Financial Analyst - Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Quarterly travel to Thrive Market Fulfillment Centers in either Batesville, IN; Wilkes-Barre, PA; or Reno, NV

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and identify trends or improvement areas
• Support strategic initiatives by modeling financial impacts of process changes
• Serve as a key business partner to operations leaders, offering financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and operational metrics
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and increase automation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices in financial operations
