Senior Financial Controller

Summary

Join ISHIR as a Senior Financial Controller and lead the financial operations of a $20M–$50M revenue company. This remote position, requiring occasional office visits in Connecticut, demands 10-25 years of accounting experience, specifically in managing financial operations excluding AR and AP, while overseeing AR and AP specialists. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within the construction, building materials, or distribution industries. Familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus. CFO background is welcome. The role operates within Eastern Standard Time.

Requirements

• 10-25 years of accounting experience
• Financial Controller experience
• Previous experience with companies with over $20m in revenue
• Qualified to complete all accounting related responsibilities for a $30m revenue window distribution company, except AR and AP (AR and AP specialists will work under the Controller)
• Previous experience managing AR and AP specialists
• Work Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, excluding AR and AP
