Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter
• Expertise in Dart, Flutter architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Proven experience in building apps and integrating third-party APIs
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide developers
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

• Lead the architectural design of new features and apps, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ship new features
• Oversee code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and the continuous improvement of development processes
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of the apps
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to ensure competitive edge
• Manage app releases and handle Play and App Store submissions
• Contribute to setting technical standards and making strategic decisions for the mobile development team
