Responsibilities
- Expand Our Network: Identify and engage potential food donors through proactive networking, cold calls, and dynamic presentations to turn leads into lasting partnerships
- Boost Donation Quality: Recruit and re-energize both existing and lapsed donors, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality surplus food
- Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize donation processes and support impactful, large-volume food rescue initiatives
- Enhance Supply Assurance: Optimize rescued food delivery by leveraging our in-house and third-party fleets alongside the Second Harvest Food Rescue App, ensuring seamless end-to-end movement between donors and non-profit network
- Innovate and Adapt: Monitor outreach success, gather donor feedback, and fine-tune strategies to maximize community impact
