Senior Front End Developer

Summary

Join our team at the forefront of conversational AI and modern web application development, working remotely and full-time with some overlap with Pacific daytime hours. We develop chatbots, IVR systems, video chat, live chat, and contact center solutions for banking and financial services. This role focuses on designing, architecting, and developing live chat, video chat, and contact center web applications. You will perform continuous maintenance, collaborate with designers and product managers, and build features using efficient coding and testing practices. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, along with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces
• Experience with single-page applications (SPAs) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack)
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop our live chat, video chat, and contact center web applications, incorporating major new features and technologies
• Perform continuous maintenance of the applications and underlying platform, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, delivering seamless and accessible user experiences
• Design and build features through efficient coding and testing practices
• Fix bugs and improve the application with a strong focus on scalability and maintainability
• Engage with projects that may involve AI-powered conversational tools, data workflows, or integrations with emerging technologies, while focusing primarily on traditional frontend development

• Writing Webpack configurations
