Senior Front End Developer

Summary

Join Powertalent as a Front-End Senior Developer and contribute to the development of an e-commerce platform. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development and component development using ReactJS. You will collaborate with a team, work across the front-end stack, and leverage cross-team API services. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for elegant solutions, a hunger to learn, and strong communication skills. The position offers a flexible contract (effective or B2B), food subsidy, health insurance, and remote work options in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Front End development and component development
• Experience building high-traffic, production-ready applications
• Understanding of web accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1, AA)
• CI/CD experience (GitLab IC)
• English proficiency should be at least C1 level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on new initiatives
• Work across the front-end stack and develop components in ReactJS
• Leverage cross-team API services to enhance the SDUI Component Library
• Develop large applications in a team environment
• Present complicated solutions to non-technical audiences in a simple and logical way
• Proactively seek out bugs and fix them
