Senior Frontend Developer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Frontend Developer to join AppFollow's Core Product team remotely. The role involves developing and maintaining product core functionality, focusing on product enhancements, collaborating with designers, and ensuring quality through testing and coordination. The job requires 5 years of production experience with frontend (at least 3 years with React and its ecosystem), solid understanding of modern TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser APIs, experienced in code reviews, keeping up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and fluent in English and Russian. Additional skills like building an application from the ground up, strong skills in performance profiling and debugging, experience in optimizing frontend performance and bundle size, and experience in the development and maintenance of UI component libraries or design systems are beneficial but not mandatory. Requirements

• 5 years of production experience with frontend (at least 3 years with React and its ecosystem)
• Solid understanding of modern TypeScript, JavaScript (ESNext) and browser APIs
• Solid understanding of modern HTML & CSS, including CSS modules, responsive design principles, and modular CSS architecture
• Experienced in code reviews, advocating for clean, maintainable code by providing constructive feedback and following best practices
• Passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices
• Upper intermediate English and Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the development and maintenance of UI component libraries or design systems
