Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a full-stack or front-end developer
• Several years of professional experience with a modern JavaScript/Typescript web framework
• Experience working with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, Node.js)
• Experience working with large cloud platforms such as AWS
• Knowledge of and practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in writing comprehensive automated tests, ensuring the reliability and integrity of the application

Responsibilities

• Possess extensive professional experience as a full-stack or front-end developer, with a strong background in Javascript/Typescript web framework
• Showcase expertise in front-end technologies, with extensive experience in developing dynamic and responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS pre-processors
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, employing techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management
• Implement comprehensive frontend testing strategies using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium to ensure application reliability and usability
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and support QA processes, engaging in effective testing and validation of developed solutions
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless, end-to-end functionality of the application
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, technologies, and methodologies, staying updated with modern technologies and best practices to enhance the development lifecycle
• Take on a mentorship role for Junior and Intermediate Engineers, guiding them in their technical development and assisting in overcoming challenges
• Lead by example in technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team
• Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and frameworks, advocating for their adoption where they can improve the product's performance or development workflow
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices in software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with T3 Tech Stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience with Relational Databases (MySql, PgSql)
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural and propose thorough iterative solutions
