Senior Frontend Developer

Summary

Join a team redesigning and rebuilding the internal customer care application for a major European transport company. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Poland or Romania, offering a B2B or employment contract. You will collaborate with a skilled team using Agile methodology to develop high-quality, maintainable code. Responsibilities include contributing to development goals, addressing technical challenges, and participating in peer reviews. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and related technologies.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience with Angular
• Possess expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and SASS
• Have strong experience with Tailwind CSS
• Be proficient with Git
• Be familiar with Jira and Confluence
• Have strong experience working with Agile teams
• Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, maintainable source code, including tests and documentation
• Collaborate with the team during Product Increment Planning and contribute to the recruitment of new team members
• Address technical blockers and risks to ensure smooth development processes
• Contribute to the definition of short, medium, and long-term development goals and strategies
• Adhere to and help establish quality criteria (e.g., unit tests, code styling, code organization)
• Participate in peer reviews for pull requests, architectural decisions, and process improvements
• Share knowledge with other team members about components, architecture, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with Docker, Kubernetes or Cloud
• Be familiar with state management (for example NgRx)
