Remote Senior Frontend Engineer

Summary

The job is for an experienced Frontend Developer to join Air's team, work closely with the CTO and senior engineers, focus on building features for Air's web application and desktop app, and contribute to defining best practices. The role requires 8+ years of experience in production applications, collaboration with designers, developers, and product managers, managing and maintaining production infrastructure, a strong eye for design, comfort leveraging existing components, and proficiency in React, Redux, Typescript, HTML/CSS, Git & Github.

Requirements

• 8+ years working on production applications with real-world users
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers
• Experience managing and maintaining production infrastructure
• A strong eye for design and comfort leveraging existing components to build new UI
• A desire to build accessible products for all users
• Strong background in React, Redux, Typescript, HTML/CSS, and Git & Github

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to execute on Air's technical roadmap
• Build features, review code, write tests, maintain infrastructure, and help define best practices for Air's web application and desktop app

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Webpack, AWS, Vercel, CircleCI, and Figma
