Requirements

• Prior experience working as a senior frontend engineer at a web3 or web2 fintech startup
• Deep passion for user experience
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous
• Great at working with high-powered teams and doing what it takes to get shit done
• Believer in web3 and crypto’s ability to positively revolutionize finance
• Able to work US time zones

• Build Fern for Business and upcoming developer and personal products
• Help define what these products should look and feel like
• Infuse your own creative twist and spirit, and translate this vision to reality
• Work with a team to build incredibly delightful user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer science degree(s)
• Based in NYC
