Senior Front-End Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Possess advanced skills in Liquid, JavaScript, React, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Have extensive experience with Shopify Plus, including theme customization, Shopify Scripts, and Shopify Checkout
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, including UX/UI design and conversion optimization
• Show familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions
• Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Have 3+ years of front-end development with a strong focus on Shopify
• Demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Implement advanced Shopify features, including APIs, Apps, Functions, and Extensions, tailored to client needs
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to Shopify’s best practices
• Partner with designers, marketers, and back-end developers to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead medium to high-complexity front-end feature development, providing high-quality deliverables on schedule
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Stay current with Shopify and front-end development trends to provide innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Headless Commerce architectures
• Show familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Possess knowledge of SEO and storefront performance optimization
