Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with other team members, product managers, and management
• Follow and contribute to the development and maintenance of our working agreements, ensuring adherence among team members
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of stories, programming, and coordinating tasks without external assistance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Serve as a mentor (not manager) for more junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development
• Collaborate with peers from different functions and the leadership team, impacting departments across the company
• Work mostly autonomously within your scope, requiring light supervision or technical expertise for validation
• Own and solve complex tasks that are part of large projects or lead small projects independently
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to drive projects, influencing architectural decisions and defining technical strategies
• Contribute to the completion of development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, offering insights and solutions to overcome challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in React, Node.js and TypeScript
