Senior Frontend Software Engineer in New Zealand

Summary

The job is for a Senior Frontend Engineer at Termius, a cross-platform SSH client. Requirements

• Front-end development experience of at least 5-6 years
• Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Redux-Saga
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with TDD (Jest)
• Good English skills: all the docs and most of the communication are in English
• Participation in sync meetings around 5-7pm GMT+13

Responsibilities

• Participation in the entire application development lifecycle
• Collaboration between different departments: design, dev, QA across multiple time zones
• Integration of third-party services
• Communication with our users to troubleshoot and resolve issues they face

Preferred Qualifications

• Electron, NodeJS, Webpack
• WebAssembly
• IndexedDB
• SSH protocol and Network Engineering
• AWS
• CI / CD pipeline
• Knowledge of MaterialUI framework or at least another one (Bootstrap, Foundation, other)
