Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Senior Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of driving projects to success
• Expertise in PHP/Symfony, Vue.js and a strong grasp of SSR, mastering its intricacies and best practices
• Experience working with and integrating CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, etc
• Experience with Git and deployment processes for smooth transitions from development to production
• A problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, utilizing tools like Cursor or similar AI coding assistants to boost development efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in PHP and Symfony to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend solutions
• Leverage Vue.js and SSR to create dynamic, high-performance user interfaces
• Architect and implement CRM integration (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar), enabling data synchronization and automation between internal systems and the CRM platform
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services for CRM data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver feature-rich, user-friendly applications
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating emerging technologies into development processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading CRM integrations end-to-end
• Experience with data analytics tools or CRM reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with database management systems (mysql, Postgres) and proficiency in ORM frameworks (ideally doctrine)
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to ensure seamless UI/UX
