• Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding high-performing teams towards complex project delivery
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying industry trends and integrating them into product development

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions within Xnode, UnifiedAPIS, and Pythia
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions, bridging front-end and back-end development for comprehensive products
• Lead the organization in end-to-end development practices, ensuring comprehensive and integrated solutions
• Contribute to the creation of innovative products within the web3 and DeFi space, positioning the organization as a leader
• Ensure collaborative development across Xnode, UnifiedAPIS, and Pythia, creating unified and powerful solutions
