Senior Full Stack Engineer, Remote - United States

Summary

We're seeking a remote Lead Full Stack Software Engineer with 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering, proficient in Python, React, and healthcare industry standards (HIPAA). The role involves developing and enhancing member mobile and web applications, integrating AI technology, and working on tele-health prescribing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5-8+ years experience in Software Engineering
• 3+ years experience with Python/Django or similar framework
• 3+ years experience with React or similar framework. Experience with Redux and RxJS is a plus
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in Django or Flask
• Experience in developing mobile and web applications
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience in adopting and implementing GraphQL Apollo Server and Apollo Client
• Understanding of web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern security practices
• Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for innovation in the healthcare technology sector
• Knowledge and/or experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining production systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our member mobile and web applications using advanced JavaScript frameworks
• Build intuitive and efficient provider web dashboards, focusing on usability and performance
• Integrate AI-based technology into our product
• Contribute to dynamic onboarding processes for new users, ensuring a seamless experience
• Lead enterprise integrations, enhancing our capability to work with various healthcare systems
• Develop tele-health prescribing tools, facilitating remote healthcare delivery
• Work on pathway delivery projects to improve patient journey and care delivery
• Participate in the design and development phases of AI assistants and predictive models

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare industry standards (HIPAA) is a plus
