We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000 annually for US-based remote locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, building scalable back-end services and developing user-facing features
• Strong technical skills in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, GraphQL, and AWS
• Experience working on cross-functional teams and partnering closely with product managers, especially in experimental, AI/LLM-driven product environments
• Ability to work in an agile, iterative manner, continuously experimenting, learning, and improving
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and managing complex workflows across homegrown and third-party software
• Self-driven, adaptable, and excited to work in a rapidly growing startup environment focused on compassionate healthcare

Responsibilities

• Build, iterate, and maintain infrastructure (AWS), API services (REST, GraphQL), data modeling (PostgreSQL), and integrations that empower our AI/LLM-driven experiences
• Take ownership of delivering impactful AI solutions, bringing promising prototypes into full production
• Design and develop AI/LLM-driven workflows using industry-standard tools and technologies, ensuring flexibility to implement solutions best suited to the problem domain
• Integrate AI driven workflows into our existing product stack with Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, GraphQL, and ReactJS, to support physicians, dietitians, clinical admins, schedulers, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support rapid iteration of AI-driven internal tools and patient-facing experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, care delivery, or health insurance systems
• Boston-based or able to maximize overlap with Eastern Time (EST) working hours
