Join Encora as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. The role requires extensive software development experience, focusing on building scalable applications. You will work remotely from Peru, Colombia, or Costa Rica. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Full stack software design and development best practices
• Software Design Patterns
• .NET and .NET Core, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries
• SQL Server
• Azure DevOps CI/CD and pipeline automation
• Postman
• JIRA
• Microsoft Office and Sharepoint 365

Responsibilities

• Code Integration, builds, and deployment using Azure DevOps
• Contribute to code reviews and software testing
• Support and maintenance of existing code base using C#, ASP.NET, .NET CORE, Angular, and other languages as needed
• Software Deployments and post-deployment monitoring
• Daily project scrum

• Third Party Software Libraries (Jquery, DevExpress, ActiveReports, DevXtreme)
• Mortgage Loan Origination/Point of Sale software systems
• Mortgage Loan Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Servicing
• Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Standards
