Senior Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Fullstack Developer with a Frontend focus and be part of a team building the next generation of Workforce Management for the Deutsche Telekom Technology domain. The role involves developing and implementing new frontend features, applying bug fixes, writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting incidents, documenting work, contributing to test strategy, and working closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React and Typescript or advanced experience in Angular or Vue with a willingness to transition to React. Backend experience in Java and Spring-Boot is also required. Remote work is possible within Hungary.

Requirements

• Frontend stack is React, therefore strong experience in React and Typescript
• OR advanced experience in Angular or Vue, and willingness to transition to React
• Backend stack is Java, therefore Good experience in Java and Frameworks like Spring-Boot
• General backend knowledge (REST APIs, microservices)
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design
• Skilled in using build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar
• Solid experience with Git and GitLab (branching, merge requests, etc.)
• Familiar with UI testing and test automation

Responsibilities

• Work closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams to support and evolve the application
• Develop and implement new frontend features based on product requirements
• Apply bugfixes on both frontend and backend (frontend prioritized)
• Write unit tests for new features
• Participate in code reviews / merge requests
• Mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and analyze incidents; help with root cause analysis
• Document your work in a clear, structured way
• Contribute to test strategy and choose proper automation technologies
