Senior Fullstack

Summary

Join Encora as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. The role requires expertise in Java and Vue.js, experience with microservices architecture, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• Experience with Java
• Experience in developing in a microservices architecture, following domain-driven design principles
• Experience with Vue.js ecosystem
• Modern HTML and CSS
• 4+ years of software engineering experience working with Product Managers and Designers

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end applications, handling both backend services in Java and frontend interfaces using Vue.js
• Optimize application performance by improving both server-side (Java) and client-side (Vue.js) code for scalability and responsiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create seamless and high-quality user experiences
