Requirements

• Full-Stack Expertise: Significant experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React and Node.js
• MERN Stack Experience: Proficient with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Backend Architecture: Deep understanding of scalable backend design, API development, and system integrations
• Testing & Quality: You build with quality in mind, writing maintainable code supported by thorough testing practices
• Clear Communication: You communicate technical decisions effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership and Flexibility: You take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and adapt as priorities evolve

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Express.js, and Node.js
• Optimize performance and infrastructure , including caching strategies, lazy loading, and efficient database queries
• Ensure accessibility and UI consistency (WCAG compliance) across our platform
• Integrate seamlessly across the stack , ensuring smooth communication between frontend and backend systems
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and contribute to a high standard of technical quality
• Implement testing strategies , using tools like Jest to ensure reliability and stability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with product and business goals
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that improve developer workflows and platform scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Expertise in identifying and solving complex system performance issues
