Senior Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Hostinger's Chatbots Team and help expand the capabilities of Kodee, their AI assistant, integrating it deeply into agent workflows. You will design and develop full-stack features for Kodee and related tools, ensuring reliable and scalable code. Responsibilities include owning service architecture decisions, integrating Kodee with various systems, and continuously improving performance and developer experience. Collaboration with other engineers on cutting-edge AI projects and knowledge sharing are also key aspects of this role. Requirements

• Strong experience with Vue.js (or another modern frontend framework)
• Solid PHP skills (Laravel knowledge is a big plus)
• Proven ability to design and consume REST APIs
• Familiarity with scalable, containerised services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
• High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field

Responsibilities

• Design & ship full-stack features for Kodee, Customer Success platform as well as related tools
• Own service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code
• Integrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success and more
• Continuously improve performance, observability, CI/CD, and developer experience
• Collaborate with Chatbots team and other top engineers on cutting-edge AI projects
• Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python is a big plus
• Experience in AI, LLMs, and process automation
• Knowledge on observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Event-driven architecture experience
• Mentoring or technical leadership background
