Requirements

• Expert in Javascript with at least 8 years of XP
• Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
• Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
• Fast learner
• Comfortable with agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend
• Independently developing new features that enhance user experience and increase product functionality
• Stepping into the role of technical lead within your squad, driving excellence and setting standards
• Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Help the customer support team on technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers, enhancing overall team competency and productivity
