Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer

Summary

Join Aircall as a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features that add customer value on top of Voice. As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will participate in requirements analysis, have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules, write clean scalable code, test and deploy applications and systems, revise, update, refactor, and debug code, mentor team members, and be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in backend development with preferably a typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, Scala) with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance
• At least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React, but experience with Angular is also valued
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices or serverless architectures
• Worked extensively with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Amazon
• Can talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineers

• Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customers
• Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules
• Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
• Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients
• Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
• Mentor team members
