  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js , and React
  • A full-stack generalist with a backend focus who thrives on learning new languages and frameworks
  • Youโ€™ve guided and mentored engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
  • You excel at breaking down complex challenges, from scaling issues to optimization and performance
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you embrace the opportunities it provides to innovate and lead
  • Youโ€™re passionate about building tools that empower people and improve their financial well-being

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop scalable, high-performance systems to support complex data modeling and real-time applications
  • Innovate Financial Tools by translating intricate financial concepts into accessible and intuitive user experiences
  • Optimize Performance for scalability, speed, and reliability as we scale our platform to support a growing user base
  • Secure Data by implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive financial information
  • Lead by Example by helping shape the technical direction of the team, and championing best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to ensure alignment with our mission and vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and AI-powered tools
  • Familiarity with financial data and workflows, including equity management
  • A proven track record of building scalable, secure systems in fast-paced environments
