Senior Fullstack Engineer

Requirements

• Have multiple years in professional software development. You’ve tackled complex, large-scale projects and thrived
• Possess fullstack Expertise: From writing impeccable React components to designing backends in Node.js, GO, Rust or Python
• Know how to build services that won’t break under pressure—microservices, caching strategies, database sharding, you name it
• Understand that terms like “high throughput” and “low latency” aren’t just buzzwords to you; they’re part of your daily vocabulary
• Never skip tests, you don’t do “quick hacks,” and you treat CI/CD pipelines like your best friend
• See problems and can’t help but fix them
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and love a good brainstorming session
• Stay up-to-date with tech trends and are curious about areas like blockchain, AI or Quantum computing

Responsibilities

• Craft high-performance, modern React (or similar) applications that delight users and scale smoothly
• Design APIs (REST or GraphQL), optimize database interactions (SQL/NoSQL) and build robust cloud-native services
• Sketch out microservices, data pipelines, and other high-availability solutions that can grow with our user base
• Spot performance bottlenecks and kill them before they kill us
• Uphold high standards by giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback
• Work closely with product, design, and DevOps to ensure seamless rollouts and robust production systems
• Research emerging tech—especially blockchain protocols and AI—and propose how we can wield them
• Pilot new tools, frameworks, or processes. If it makes us better, let’s do it
• From the first line of code to the final deploy, you’re responsible for delivering secure, stable, and high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or web3 libraries
• Show AI Curiosity: Even if it’s just side projects or tinkering with AI agents, we love that forward-thinking spirit
