Join Pulley's high-performing team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer and contribute to building equity management tools for founders. As an expert in your field, you'll work closely across teams to translate stakeholder requirements into tangible technical strategies and lead by example, promoting a culture of egoless learning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
• A deep understanding or desire to work in Golang and React
• Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business needs into technical goals; and translate technical details into clear requirements that cross-functional stakeholders can understand
• Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions to help drive the product’s scalability
• Maintain a high bar for code quality and contribute your own code to the codebase
• Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role
