Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Join Scribe's growing Growth team as a Full Stack Engineer and contribute to our exciting new enterprise lead generation initiative. You'll work across various domains, designing systems, building engineering culture, and collaborating with designers, user advocates, and other engineers. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of engineering experience, proficiency in Django and React, a strong commitment to automated testing, and a user-centric approach. Requirements

• Have 5+ years of engineering experience
• Be comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
• Be a strong advocate for automated testing
• Be able to implement engineering best practices
• Be user-centric, empathetic, and passionate about your work
• Have been part of a growth team or department that focuses on rapid iterations and experimentation

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of our systems
• Help build our engineering culture
• Work with our PMs to increase the velocity of the BML (Build-Measure-Learn) cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience building lead generation pipelines
• Have experience working in martech
