Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies
• Proficiency in Java Spring and Python
• Experience with frontend technologies including Javascript and React
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS
• Expertise in database management with Postgres and Redis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java Spring and Python
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
• Work closely with CTO and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize application performance and scalability on AWS
• Implement and manage databases using Postgres and Redis
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Customer Support industry is a plus
• Experience working in startups is a plus
