Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant and play a pivotal role in transforming how organizations manage their workforce. Leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. This remote position requires 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams. You will analyze business requirements, lead configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM modules, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance, develop training sessions, conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot system issues, and stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, and proficiency in core modules. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud performing implementations or maintenance of the system
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience leading full-cycle implementations in core modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Payroll
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities to ensure optimal alignment
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules
- Work side-by-side with clients to maintain and enhance the system
- Design, build, test, and maintenance of fast formulas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end HCM solutions
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower users and administrators
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and emerging trends to continually enhance solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Prior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment
- Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
