Senior Game Producer

Summary

Join SOFTGAMES, a leading instant game developer, as a Senior Game Producer to lead the success of our games on the MSN platform. Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, optimizing top-performing and upcoming titles for the MSN ecosystem. Leverage data to improve monetization and retention, enhancing player experience and key KPIs. Collaborate with internal and platform teams to utilize MSN features and APIs, pitching ideas and removing blockers. Ensure games fully leverage MSN platform features, boosting performance, visibility, and innovation. Monitor and analyze game KPIs, leading monetization improvements through A/B testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams, identifying and solving problems independently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in Game Production, Product Management, or similar roles in the F2P games industry
• Proven track record managing live games as a service, ideally in the casual genre
• Strong understanding of IAP, ad monetization, and hybrid revenue models
• Practical experience with platform APIs, remote config, and monetization tools
• Skilled in managing roadmaps, sprints, and live feature rollouts
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Strong project and team management abilities; familiar with tools like JIRA, Git, or similar
• Comfortable working with remote, cross-functional teams
• Clear and confident communicator in English who enjoys guiding and motivating others

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continued success of our top-performing and new games on the MSN platform
• Own and prioritize the game roadmap across multiple titles
• Leverage MSN’s platform features and APIs to boost performance, visibility and innovation
• Monitor, analyze, and act on game KPIs such as retention, ARPDAU, IAP and IAA revenue
• Lead monetization improvements through A/B testing and incremental improvements
• Collaborate closely with the MSN team to pitch ideas, report issues, and unlock opportunities
• Collaborate closely with BI, UA and Design
• Identify and solve problems in a self guided way
