Senior Go Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Go developer responsible for building a new microservice system, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the company's Go ecosystem. The role requires experience in Go development, microservice architecture, and various tools like MySQL, InfluxDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS managed services, Git, and Jira.

Requirements

• At least a few years of professional experience in Go development
• Deep understanding of Go best practices
• Understanding of modern software design principles & good code design
• Experience in working with microservice architecture
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab
• Passionate about building APIs that are easy to use and simple to understand
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to product and team success
• Initiative and enthusiasm for guiding and helping others

Responsibilities

• Build a completely new sophisticated microservice system
• Contribute to setting up our Go ecosystem
• Mentor colleagues on development best practices
• Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, ensuring smooth communication between all team members

Benefits

• Salary Range: 17100 - 32900 PLN gross per month (employment contract)
• Salary Range: 17100 - 32900 PLN per month + VAT (B2B contract)
