Senior Developer Operations

Summary

Join Encora as a Senior DevOps Engineer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve software development practices. This remote position is based in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Bolivia. The role requires expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD for Golang projects. You will automate deployments, monitor system performance, and collaborate with development and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• Expert in "Azure Kubernetes Service" (AKS)
• Good Experience in Microsoft Azure, at least one certification is required
• Hands on Experience in AKS ingress and automated deployments
• Experience with deployment using Argo/Kargo or similar tools
• Able to manage KS servers
• Experience with CI-CD for Golang projects
