Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, scrappy attitude
• Experience with advertising and preferably performance marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker willing to try new strategies and approaches
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating marketing assets for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and banner ads
• Ability to generate fresh, innovative design ideas that align with the brand strategy and marketing goals
• A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and quality across all visual design outputs, ensuring that every piece aligns with the brand’s guidelines and standards

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and engaging ads for paid social media campaigns, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions
• Develop advertising concept and ideas around value propositions and calls to action
• Develop a variety of marketing assets, including email templates and other digital and print materials, maintaining consistency across all platforms
• Produce high-quality images and infographics for blog posts, articles, and other content marketing initiatives to enhance readability and visual appeal
• Take ownership of the visual design for major marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring all assets are cohesive and support the overall marketing strategy
• Develop and maintain comprehensive visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials
