Senior Growth Data Analyst

Requirements

• Strong business understanding with the ability to analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth through data analysis and experimentation
• Exceptional ability to tackle complex challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects to completion
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and engaging with non-technical stakeholders across different levels of the organisation

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of various growth initiatives, including influencer marketing performance, Google Ads optimization, and new market penetration strategies
• Design, implement, and analyse growth experiments with a focus on increasing activations, improving retention, and reducing costs
• Take charge of automating and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems using Looker, Python, and our Data Warehouse
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine our acquisition budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI across all our marketing channels, and particularly in influencer collaborations and paid advertising

Preferred Qualifications

A background in STEM and proficiency in Looker, SQL, and preferably Python
