Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Highly in-tune with client needs and on top of potential client pain points
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborative: A team player who actively engages with other department members to share findings and contribute to the department's culture
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SEM advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), Google Analytics, Excel and other notable technologies
  • Detail-oriented: Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain paid search media campaigns across various platforms. Google, YouTube, and Bing ads experience required
  • Daily campaign management - Budget management and pacing, monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and goals. Monitor search term reports, create keyword analyses, negative keyword list maintenance, quality score audits, creative performance audits, audience or demographics insights, etc
  • Intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of Paid Search media buying and strategy to drive performance for clients
  • Ability to assess and execute optimizations across owned accounts with manager consultation that are in line with best practices and lead to improved performance on accounts
  • Actively take part in client facing and internal agency meetings
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising
  • Be a team player! Knowledge shares any new tests, experiences and articles with the wider paid media team
