Requirements

  • At least 8 years experience working in marketing or growth preferably in a direct-to-consumer brand
  • Dynamic, highly ambitious individual, competitive with no-ego attached
  • Hands-on, that love to get into details, understanding that excellent results requires excellent execution
  • Proven understanding of acquisition and paid media metrics. In-depth understanding knowing what makes the difference in successful campaigns. Experience in performance campaigns to drive efficiencies, not vanity metrics
  • Experience in managing and leading a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the International Expansion Growth strategy by aligning direct response creative strategies with business objectives and KPIs
  • Create data-driven campaigns across video-first platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, leveraging UGC, static assets, and high-performance ad creatives
  • Build and manage a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve both team goals and individual development
  • Lead by example by mastering creative processes for ad testing, storytelling, and funnel optimization, while collaborating hands-on with Acquisition Managers, Creative Strategists, Editors, and Copywriters
  • Deliver disciplined, fast, and detail-oriented execution where every day counts
  • Work with project managers to keep projects on track and maintain ambitious goals, executing at the highest level across direct response creative outputs and product integration for on-site experiences
  • Become an expert in understanding International Expansion benchmarks, user personas, and customer pain points
  • Develop impactful messaging strategies that connect market needs with creative solutions, guiding storytelling approaches in digital ads
  • Lead media investments of over $1,000,000 per month across platforms by understanding key acquisition pillars such as offer, funnel, and ad creatives
  • Execute direct response strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and retention
  • Manage a robust testing roadmap, continuously optimizing creative formats and CRO elements through on-site experimentation to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
  • Work closely with product teams to test and deploy impactful user experiences tailored for diverse markets
