Summary

Join Xebia, a global leader in digital solutions, and lead a large Guidewire CC/CM team. You will oversee development, implementation, and integration of ClaimCenter and ContactManager, driving solution design and ensuring technical excellence. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing ACE-based patterns, engaging in full lifecycle integration (Gosu development, messaging, REST/SOAP services), and collaborating within agile teams using DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience, expertise in Gosu, messaging systems, and integration development, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. A strong understanding of PolicyCenter and experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD for Guidewire solutions are also crucial. The position requires a work permit to work from the EU.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Familiarity with ContactManager and its integration with CC
  • Solid understanding of Gosu (3+ years), messaging systems, and integration development
  • Demonstrated experience in REST/SOAP web service development
  • Background in version control systems and agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD for Guidewire solutions
  • Strong grasp of PolicyCenter to manage cross‑module dependencies
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving effective solution design
  • English level: B2–C1
  • Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required

Responsibilities

  • Leading a large Guidewire CC/CM team, overseeing development, implementation and integration of ClaimCenter and ContactManager
  • Driving solution design and ensure technical excellence across Guidewire modules
  • Architecting and implementing ACE-based patterns and best practices
  • Engaging in full lifecycle integration—Gosu development, messaging, REST/SOAP services
  • Collaborating within agile teams, leveraging DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Guidewire applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data migration and archival strategies within Guidewire
  • Experience across the full Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • Exposure to integrations with external systems (e.g. document management, payment processors)
  • Hands-on Java development experience
