Requirements

• Expert in Linux, SQL, container technology, Kubernetes
• Strong skills in programming languages (Python, Bash)
• Excellent analytical abilities for resolving software issues based on extensive logs
• Very good communication, presentation skills, even with difficult topics
• HW/SW overview
• Overview of the ITIL processes
• Networking skills – troubleshooting, problem solving
• High degree of assertiveness
• Team player
• Speak English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, control, and implement service/change requests
• Troubleshoot incidents
• Continuous deployment management (planning, coordinating, controlling, and implementing launches, hardware and software changes, as well as updates/upgrades)
• Automation/optimization
• Scripting
• Documentation
