Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance satisfaction and project success
• Implement workforce management solutions using the Indeavor suite, ensuring scalability and contract compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer needs
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries
• Drive adoption through effective change management strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple deliverables
• Ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership
• Proven success in fostering strong client partnerships
• Understanding of government operations in Public Safety and Transportation
• Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and within scope
• Experience with business technology platforms and troubleshooting integrations
• 3+ years experience implementing Workforce Management solutions
