Senior Implementation Developer

Summary

Join Stensul's Customer Success team as a remote-first Implementation Specialist based in Buenos Aires! You'll own the implementation of our email creation platform for major global brands, collaborating with a cross-functional team. This fast-paced role requires strong HTML/CSS and email development skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication. You'll be a Stensul expert, providing feedback to the product team and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Requirements

• Possess solid knowledge in HTML and CSS development
• Possess extreme attention to detail
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Be comfortable making UX decisions and mockups
• Have a desire to engage with customers throughout the implementation process and the ability to put the customer first
• Possess process-oriented thinking
• Possess at minimum an Upper Intermediate level in communicating in English
• Be a team player

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation for each new customer, working closely with a cross-functional onboarding team to understand customer requests, building and testing customer instances
• Work as an expert Stensul user, understanding the best way to implement solutions
• Work closely with team members to ensure providing the customer with the best first experience with Stensul
• Serve as a Stensul first user and provide constant feedback to the product team
• Add proactive and positive energy to our rapidly growing company
