Senior Implementation Project Manager

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will lead the successful execution of complex projects with major clients. You will develop and execute project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The base salary range is $120,000-140,000/year.

Requirements

• A track record of successfully managing highly complex, bespoke, very large project and program implementations in a PMO context
• Minimum 5-7 years in healthcare management, delivery and/or consulting experience
• 7+ years of project management and/or implementation experience
• Experience implementing SaaS, ideally health-tech SaaS, in a growth stage environment
• Experience documenting, coordinating, and communicating items through ticket management tools like Jira and other Atlassian product suites
• A track record of strong client management skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and engender trust across all levels of an organization
• Strong business and technical acumen, and executive presence, combined with deep analytical and organizational skills
• Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and attaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
• An established private work area that ensures information privacy
• A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and technical teams to drive a smooth client transition from the sales cycle through implementation launch with client and internal stakeholders
• Project manage and oversee one or more highly complex implementations and/or internal company initiatives simultaneously
• Manage cross-functional internal team to meet milestones and timelines outlined in the SOW, project charter, and work plan
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions for one or more highly complex implementations simultaneously
• Maintain a deep understanding of Arine’s products and platform to inform key business requirements and decisions during implementations
• Collaborate on communication plans to set, manage and meet external stakeholder expectations and drive accountability for obtaining final approvals on client deliverables
• Lead key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices for implementation processes, workflows, and tools
• Be accountable for successful on-time, on–budget implementation deliveries and client satisfaction to meet both client and organizational goals
• Partner with Client Success teams to lead a smooth client transition from implementation to ongoing operations and account management
