Summary
Join ServiceNow's EMEA Mid-Market Solution Consulting team and significantly contribute to our success by supporting Technology Workflow, Customer Workflow, and Employee Experience Solution Sales. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will guide revenue for one of our products, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and leadership. This role involves developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals. You will assist Mid-Market Sales teams in qualifying customer needs, participate in acquiring new customers, mentor colleagues, and create product demonstrations. Responsibilities also include generating demo scripts, maintaining demonstration environments, responding to RFPs, staying updated on product developments, supporting marketing events, and conducting competitive analyses. The position requires a deep understanding of the products' business and technical aspects, including relevant regulations and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIβs potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role in a SaaS, or PaaS environment
- Open and creative mind
- Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customerβs business issue
- Being proactive without being told what to do
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be efficient to minimise wasted effort
- Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
Responsibilities
- Assist Mid-Market Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
- Participation across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
- Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
- Supporting Marketing events β user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs and security
