Summary
Join Bloomreach as a Senior Solutions Consultant and become a trusted advisor on a high-performing sales team, influencing multiple sales cycle stages. Partner with the sales team to showcase Bloomreach Engagement's value through technical deliverables and pre-sales consulting, building strong foundations for long-term customer partnerships. Support the Americas market (US, Canada, LATAM), contributing to Bloomreach's expansion. This role involves creating tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and other deliverables for prospects and customers, developing account strategies, conducting scoping meetings, and crafting technical implementation plans. You will also act as an industry expert for partners and clients, staying updated on platform features and educating others on their effective use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales, SaaS, and marketing, along with technical sales experience and a solid understanding of AI, CDPs, and marketing automation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Presales, preferably in SaaS or marketing
- Experienced in technical sales (SaaS, Martech, e-commerce, CDP) and can drive a complex technical sales process
- Understands basic concepts of Machine Learning and AI, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics
- Is comfortable presenting on technical subjects, including to non-technical audiences
- Have industry experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or D2C brands
- Has development experience in HTML, CSS, JS and web technologies
- Some proficiency with APIs and integrations, and the ability to work closely with client IT teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that meet complex business requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
Responsibilities
- Assume the role of Bloomreach Engagement product expert to support the Sales team in a pre-sales capacity
- Support the Sales team with tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and similar deliverables for prospects, customers, and partners focused on driving value through AI-powered personalization with Bloomreach Engagement
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategy and execution across the sales cycle, assisting with activities such as client discovery, product demos, RFPs, and sandbox/POCs
- Acting as an industry & showcase expert for partners, customers, and prospects
- Conduct scoping meetings and create a technical implementation plans to ensure data and use case needs are properly mapped to the platform’s capabilities
- Understand client priorities, challenges, and objectives as part of client discovery
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Bloomreach Engagement platform and educate clients & partners on how to leverage these for their benefit
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with frontend programming languages (JS/HTML/CSS) and templating languages (e.g. Jinja, Liquid) also a plus
- Experience with Search/Merchandising
