Requirements

  • Deep experience with Swift (5+ years)
  • Knowledge of SwiftUI and Swift concurrency (async/await, Combine)
  • Be equally comfortable working with UI and services
  • Know your way around MVVM and other architectures
  • Work as part of small, Agile teams to deliver code on a consistent, independent basis
  • Be a lifelong learner and push yourself to grow your skills every day
  • Have experience with actively participating and leading Agile ceremonies (standup, retrospectives, story definition)
  • Be able to lead code reviews and reinforce coding best practices
  • Have experience coaching team members in problem-solving techniques and effective delivery of software solutions
  • View testing as an integral part of the development lifecycle
  • Be comfortable interacting with designers, product owners, and client leadership on a daily basis

Responsibilities

  • Write great software and build engaging products
  • Build business-critical applications with a high-performing, cross-functional team
  • Work on a wide variety of projects that range from Bluetooth integration with hardware to experimental systems that push what is possible with iOS
  • Integrate with APIs of all flavors
  • Partake in and lead communication with project stakeholders
  • Explain technical constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Help teams manage and eliminate technical debt and keep an eye on project risk
  • Lead code reviews and reinforce coding best practices
  • Coach team members in problem-solving techniques and effective delivery of software solutions
  • View testing as an integral part of the development lifecycle
  • Interact with designers, product owners, and client leadership on a daily basis
