Summary

Join Illumio, a leader in ransomware and breach containment, as an IAM Specialist. You will implement, configure, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions using an Identity integrations platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, secure user authentication, and efficient access management processes. You will be responsible for implementing Okta IAM solutions, managing integrations between Okta and various applications, developing technical documentation, troubleshooting IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with security policies, developing and executing test plans, providing training, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5 years of IT experience, and 3 years of experience with Okta platforms and IAM solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 5 years experience Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Okta platforms and IAM solutions
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Okta IAM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Manage integrations between Okta and various applications, including HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM implementations
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide support for IAM solutions, including issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in IAM implementations
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate IAM configurations and integrations
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and clients
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define IAM solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator, or Okta Certified Developer are a plus
  • Proficiency in Okta, identity and access management (IAM), and integration technologies
